Squalane

Squalane is a luxurious moisturizer used extensively in cosmetics.  Nicknamed "liquid gold".  It is the unsaponifiable factions of olive oil.  Easily absorbed into the skin, it occurs naturally in human sebum.  As we get older we produce less.

Squalane penetrates the skin quickly and easily, offers moisture, enhanced elasticity and resilience. It boosts the skin’s water-retention, leaving it looking and feeling hydrated, smoother, and softer. No greasy or sticky residue.  Apply “neat” to hair, skin and nails or blend into natural product formulations.
