Unlike traditional cold process methods, HOT process soap allows for quicker results without sacrificing quality. If you've seen hot process soap being made before, you might remember the challenging, vaseline-like texture. But don't worry—this class will teach you how to create a smooth, fluid soap that allows for beautiful swirls, just like in cold process soapmaking!
The advantages of HOT process soap are numerous: it’s ready sooner, and your essential oils will retain more of their beneficial properties, ensuring a longer-lasting scent.
This is an advanced soapmaking class, and prior completion of our Cold Process Soapmaking class is highly recommended. Please bring the mold you used in that class, or you can purchase one if needed.

Please bring your mold if you're using it, crafting clothes, indoor shoes, a drink, and snack if you wish. Gloves and safety goggles are provided for your protection. In a clean facility with 2 AWOL cats and our mascot maltipoo named Pi.

This class is so fun! It's a good secondary class to take after you have taken the cold process. The pace is a bit faster and you don't go into details and the reasoning for certain steps as much as in cold process. My soap turned out great! So pretty.

I did the hot process and my soap bars came out great! I have done the cold process about 6 months ago and wanted to see which method I prefer. I don’t favour one over the other, both methods are fantastic, and they give you a very moisturizing, bubbly soap! She also has so many fragrances to choose from as well!

I did the hot process class and learned so much. I did the cold process class 3 years ago and the lotion making one 18 months ago and now this one. Di walks you through everything but you get to do it yourself which is really nice. The soap turned out so bubbly and a nice hard bar. I will be back in the future for a 4th class for sure!!
